This actually left me stunned whilst looking at it... focusing on one area, you can see the sort of aspect of the city that you think it is and a flood of recognition and past experiences try to flood into the small spaces denoted for that area on this picture.. over flooded with thought, condensed into a piece of art.

My mind is often flooded with images like this. Its only a matter of writing them down, as i did with this one. Ive tried translating such thoughts into human language, but it rarely works out, so this lanaguage im pleased to see speaks to everyone. :)

Nicely detailed and stylized. I really like the line work, motifs, and contrast. Very good composition.

It is a fine mixture of classes at school, and classes in my mind. :)

dude, so cool! this totally feels like LA, you've got such a unique style! i really enjoy your linework, and how you balance the bold against the intricate. :meow: i've been meaning to ask, what's the inspiration for your maze-like pathways (the central section)? they're so intriguing!

Why thank you for such a wonderful comment! :)

As for the "maze" in the center, it is partly inspired from a friend of mine, who is the reason im involved in art at all, and also from city streets. In LA, while the main city center is set up in a grid like manner, many many parts of the city do not have that grid like feel, but carry a more organic set up. Also, when I went to Paris, the streets there were so surreal to me that it completely solidified what is now the final version of what I call my "Relic Pattern"

That specific texture is sort of my trademark. You can find it in much of my drawn work, save for occasional projects for school. :aww:
